Your Door is Reversing
If your garage door reverses when you try to close it, and your operator makes a clicking sound or the light flashes, your safety eyes may be out of allignment. Don't worry, it's an easy fix! Take a look at the instructions below, or watch the video for help...
1. Locate your safety sensors. On most garage doors, they will be mounted on your track, near the bottom of the door.
2. Find the sensor that does not show a light. This is the sensor that needs to be adjusted. Loosen the bolt and adjust the sensor until the light comes on. When both sensors show a light, they are alligned.
Note: If neither saftey sensor shows a light, you may have a bad wire or, if this does not fix your problem give us a call and we'll be happy to help!
Your Remotes or Keypad Stopped Working
If your remotes or keypad suddenly stop working, they may need to be reprogrammed. Different operators require different directions, so after you know the brand of your operator, click the video below for instructions:
